If you know what a particular logo is supposed to convey or what it should signify, the next step of logo designing is to understand the basic rules and values followed in the process. A logo designer should follow four basic rules or values while working on a project. It should be describable, be extraordinary yet remember-able, effective even without colours and have the same impact even when it is increased or decreased in size.

Understanding why some logos have been effective and why some have failed miserably, will help you learn and understand the effectiveness of insignia which help in your designing work considerably.

4)   Create your own process for logo designing:

After understanding all the above design tips, it is necessary to create your own process of logo designing. This is because every person has different style of expressing and crafting a plan. However any process that involves logo designing should consist of – initial design brief, ample study and thinking, sketching, prototyping and creating a concept, sending the designs to client for evaluation, revising with adding final touches and finally sending the file to the client along with providing “unlimited” revision service.

5)   Knowing how to use software for digitizing and finalizing logo:

Logo designing process and using software’s go hand-in-hand, to be honest. Knowing how to use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Creative Suite facilitate in digitizing the work you have created.
